In addition to concertizing, Dr. Georgievskaya is an active and devoted teacher. She is an Assistant Professor of Piano at the University of North Texas, where she teaches a large studio of doctoral, master's, and undergraduate students. She is deeply committed to providing her students with the strongest musical and technical training as well as with a sense of humanity, understanding of tradition, and appreciation of the art.

She serves as Director and faculty member of the annual UNT Summer Piano Camp for young pianists. Internationally, she has been giving piano and chamber music masterclasses in Italy, Hungary, Uzbekistan, Netherlands, Panama, Cuba, Colombia, and in the United States.

Previously, she served on the music faculty at Southern Methodist University in Dallas, Texas, USA. In Russia, she was an assistant to Prof. Olga Larchenko in teaching private piano to especially gifted children at the Moscow State Tchaikovsky Conservatory. In Italy, she taught piano at the Anton Rubinstein Music School in Rome and at the Fortuna Music School in Palestrina.
